    高效的凝聚式过滤器有哪些设计要求?

      玻璃纤维具有防水性却不防油。油会在纤维表面形成薄膜,影响搜集并增加了筛芯的功能直径。对此,设计中就必须选择更加纤细的纤维。
      过滤层的设计主要考虑控制气流速度和过滤层的物理环境。只有保证材质有足够大的表面积,使气流速度尽量低,从而使拦截、碰撞和扩散作用更加有效,另一方面,设计的滤床也要足够厚,使粒子有充足的停留时间。最后,滤芯中不能有太多的纤维层,这会阻碍排水,增大压损,使过滤器效益降低。
      油滴的收集是一个物理过程,压力、流速、湿度和杂质本身的物理特性都会影响聚集结果。因此,过滤层的配置、安排、尺寸以及类型选择也很关健。
    Glass fiber is waterproof but not oil-proof.  Oil will form a film on the surface of the fiber, affecting the collection and increasing the functional diameter of the sieve core.  In this regard, the design must choose more slender fibers.
    The design of the filter layer mainly considers controlling the air flow speed and the physical environment of the filter layer.  Only by ensuring that the material has a large enough surface area and the airflow speed is as low as possible, can interception, collision and diffusion be more effective. On the other hand, the designed filter bed should be thick enough to allow sufficient residence time for particles.  Finally, there should not be too many fiber layers in the filter element, which will hinder drainage, increase pressure loss and reduce filter efficiency.
    The collection of oil droplets is a physical process, and pressure, flow rate, humidity and physical characteristics of impurities themselves will affect the collection results.  Therefore, the configuration, arrangement, size and type selection of filter layer are also crucial.
